The FSTA Industry Awards, held during the FSTA Winter Conference, highlights best practice and celebrates the top achievers in the fantasy sports sector.
Rules & Eligibility
- Must be a FSTA member at time of nomination, AND at time of winning
Only one product/service may be entered into one category
Industry Awards Process
NOMINATE:
Nominations must be submitted between December 9th and December 20th by filling out the nomination form for applicable categories by the membership. Each product, service, broadcast or company nominated must be produced by a current member of the association in good standing and can only be submitted to one category.
SELECT FINALISTS:
The Selection Committee consisting of four of the eighteen board members reviews the nominees to select the top 5 finalists in each category by looking at each product, service, broadcast or company carefully and working together to decide who is the most worthy. Board members from companies nominated in any category will not participate in the selections in those categories. This work will be completed by December 23rd.
VOTE THE WINNERS:
From December 24th through January 10th, the membership will vote on who they think should win each award. They will vote for three of the top five finalists in each category. The ballots will be scored by awarding 3 points for each 1st, 2 points for each 2nd and 1 point for each 3rdplace vote from each member voter. In order to vote, you must be a member in good standing.
AWARD THE TROPHIES:
We will award the winners in a ceremony at the conference. Winners must be members in good standing.

- Rookie of the Year
- Best Full-Season Fantasy Games and/or Commissioner Mobile App
- Best Daily Fantasy Games Mobile App
- Best News & Analysis Mobile App
- Best Fantasy Mobile App – Service or Tool
- Best Fantasy Sports Video Broadcast
- Best Fantasy Sports Video Digital
- Best Fantasy Sports Live Radio Program
- Best Fantasy Sports Podcast or Online Audio (Seasonal Fantasy Sports)
- Best Fantasy Sports Podcast or Online Audio (Daily Fantasy Sports)
- Best Fantasy Sports Print Publication
- Best Fantasy Sports Live Event (Daily or Seasonal)
The nomination deadline has been extended to December 20 at 11:59 pm EST. Only FSTA member organizations in good standing are eligible to be nominated and to win.
Winners will be announced at the 2016 FSTA Winter Conference sponsored by Paysafe on January 19-20, 2016 in Dallas, Texas.
