Fantasy Sports State Legislation

The legislative chart includes the currently active, relevant bills and measures each state against our three core principles that were unanimously approved by the FSGA’s Board of Directors and supported by the vast majority of small operators.

These 3 principles are:

  • Clarification that fantasy sports contests are legal games of skill
  • Common sense regulation
  • Fee structures that allow small operators to remain viable in the state

Please note, the date you see in the “Notes ” column of the chart is the date we inserted the note, not the date legislative action occurred. As new updates occur we will update the chart accordingly.
