Registration Rates
Full conference registration fees for the 2027 FSGA Winter Conference cover your attendance for the two-day program with morning coffees, breakfasts, lunches, and snack breaks both days, networking sessions, workshops, and roundtable discussions, welcome and closing receptions, pitch competition, and awards presentation.

*All rates are per person. Group rate discounts of $100 off per person are available when registering three or more attendees.
Cancellation Policy
The registration fee is due at the time of registration. Refunds will only be granted if requested via email to membership@thefsga.org and in accordance with the following:
- On or before January 23, 2027, the registration fee will be refunded less a 25% cancellation fee.
- Starting January 24, 2027, there will be no refunds.
- Registered participants may transfer their registration to someone else without penalty up until February 15, 2027.
- There are no refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.

The Circa Resort & Casino is the host hotel for the 2027 FSGA Winter Conference, and where deals happen after hours. We have negotiated discounted hotel rooms for attendees, but rooms go quickly, so please ensure you book your hotel early.

Each year at the FSGA Winter Conference, the Fantasy Sports & Gaming Association recognizes the people, companies, and ideas shaping the industry through several signature honors:
- Fantasy Sports Hall of Fame
- Celebrating individuals who have made lasting contributions to the growth and evolution of fantasy sports.
- Matthew Berry Game Changer Award
- Honoring the defining moments, innovators, and breakthroughs that helped build fantasy sports into the nearly 60-million-player, multi-billion-dollar industry it is today. The recipient is selected by Matthew Berry.
- FSGA Industry Awards
- Since 1999, the FSGA Industry Awards have recognized excellence and innovation across fantasy sports and gaming. Winners are announced at the FSGA Winter Conference.
- FSGA Elevator Pitch
- A live competition for emerging fantasy and sports gaming businesses to pitch innovative products and services to an audience of industry leaders. Attendees vote to determine the winner, announced at the end of the conference.
