Each year at the FSGA Winter Conference, the Fantasy Sports & Gaming Association recognizes the people, companies, and ideas shaping the industry through several signature honors:

- Celebrating individuals who have made lasting contributions to the growth and evolution of fantasy sports.
- Matthew Berry Game Changer Award
- Honoring the defining moments, innovators, and breakthroughs that helped build fantasy sports into the nearly 60-million-player, multi-billion-dollar industry it is today. The recipient is selected by Matthew Berry.
- FSGA Industry Awards
- Since 1999, the FSGA Industry Awards have recognized excellence and innovation across fantasy sports and gaming. Winners are announced at the FSGA Winter Conference.
- FSGA Elevator Pitch
- A live competition for emerging fantasy and sports gaming businesses to pitch innovative products and services to an audience of industry leaders. Attendees vote to determine the winner, announced at the end of the conference.
