FSGA Returning to In-Person Conference this June

MIDDLETON, Wis. – The Fantasy Sports & Gaming Association (FSGA) announced that registration is now open for its annual Summer Conference, to be held in-person June 7-8 at The Omni Frisco Hotel just outside of Dallas, Texas.

It’s believed that this will be the first fantasy sports or sports-betting centered conference to take place in-person since the COVID-19 pandemic began over a year ago.

Virtual-attendance options are being offered and on-site COVID safety precautions, including mask requirements, will be in effect.

“We’re excited about the opportunity to hold a face-to-face conference in a safe and comfortable setting,” said Stacie Stern, Chair of the FSGA. “The industry is booming and, with three more states recently passing legislation, the time is now to engage and grow your business in the sports betting and fantasy sports spaces. There is no better place to do that than at the FSGA Summer Conference.”

The agenda for the FSGA Summer Conference is expected to include panel discussions on such topics as: affiliate licensing for sports books; the recent mega deals in the gaming space; payment processing; the latest industry research; and the next program in the FSGA’s Education Series.

The popular Quick Pitch and a more formal Pitch Competition (with judges from sports-tech focused venture capital firms) will be back. And a number of networking events, including the return of FSGA Speed Networking, are also scheduled.
