FSGA Board elects Loeschner as new Chair

MIDDLETON, Wis. – The Fantasy Sports & Gaming Association (FSGA) announced today the results of its Board of Directors’ Executive Committee elections.

Brandon Loeschner, Partner and National Practice Leader of the Gaming Services Practice at RubinBrown LLP, has won election as the organization’s new Chair. Loeschner, previously the FSGA’s Treasurer, succeeds Stacie Stern, VP Government Affairs & Partnerships at Underdog Fantasy, who served in the post for the past three years.

“I am humbled by the confidence that my peers and the Board have placed in me as their selection to be Chair,” said Loeschner. “Our industry is dynamic and plays a vital role in the advancements seen and experienced in the sports gaming ecosystem. As fans continue to rally around sports and sports gaming, our industry has the opportunity to provide research, alignment, and awareness the ecosystem can build upon.”

Loeschner added, “This organization continues to have great leaders that have taken it to the place we are at today and I can’t thank Stacie enough for the leadership she has shown during her tenure. As we make the handoff, I want to make sure the industry knows the Board will continue to build on our success of sharing industry knowledge and research with the sports gaming industry to connect fans to the sports they love.”

“The FSGA and the fantasy sports and sports gaming industries are in great hands with Brandon serving as Chair of the Board,” said Stern, who remains on the Board in a Director role. “He has an in-depth knowledge of gaming and fantasy contests that is unsurpassed and a vision for where he wants to take our association. I’m looking forward to seeing where Brandon’s leadership and strategy take us over the next few years.”
