9 Days to Vegas: A bold look at the future of daily fantasy games

By Will Mossa,    FSGA Event News

The growth in fantasy sports in the past few years has been driven by the rise in the daily game. Rather than one team and one season, daily games allow players to take a new team every day or every week and shape their own fortunes. The daily fantasy games already have revolutionized the fantasy sports industry, and we’ve just started to peek at what’s to come.

At a futuristic keynote session at the 2015 FSTA Winter Conference on Jan. 15-16 at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, industry experts and researchers will take an in-depth look at the current state of the daily fantasy sports market and how this industry might evolve over the next five years.

At their keynote presentation on Jan. 16 at 9:30 a.m., moderator Stacie Stern, general manger of Head2Head Sports, and presenter Adam Krejcik, managing director of Eilers Research LLC, will discuss the emergence of the daily fantasy game and will deliver some bold predictions about the future of daily fantasy games and whether they will become a new disruptive consumer technology industry.

The 2015 Fantasy Sports Trade Association (FSTA) will hold its 2015 Winter Conference on Jan. 15-16 at the Bellagio in Las Vegas.
