Tyler Bradley | Fantasy Football Advice Network

Industry Focus:

Business is materially involved in fantasy sports

Nominee Background:

Tyler Bradley is the General Manager at Chuck Hutton / YK Autogroup and a two-time sports founder (Fantasy Sports Advice Network; Sellout Crowds). He built sales systems that helped drive multi-million-dollar growth, designed sponsor programs that deliver across digital/creator/live channels with measurable recaps, and led strategic events that more than doubled attendance while improving quality and consistency. He holds an M.A. from Liberty and dual B.A./B.S. degrees from Bethel, and lives in Jackson, TN with his family.

Statement of Interest & Vision:

I’m interested in the FSGA board because I care about a fan-first, transparent industry my kids can be proud of—and I’m wired to build the practical systems that make that real. As a person, I bring steady leadership, integrity, and a bias for action: I listen well, collaborate easily, and then do the work with clear goals and honest reporting. I can support the board by standardizing sponsor/creator reporting with simple, usable templates; mentoring early-stage founders on go-to-market, CRM discipline, and partnership packaging; rolling up my sleeves on partnerships and events to expand values-aligned sponsors and sharpen on-site execution.

Paul Charchian | "Project X"

Industry Focus:

Business is materially involved in fantasy sports, Business is materially involved in sports gaming/betting

Nominee Background:

At the risk of sounding ancient, I've been in the fantasy sports industry since the mid-90s. I've founded (or co-founded) three companies in our space: Fanball, LeagueSafe, and GuillotineLeagues. I was the FSGA president from 2009 - 2020 and have remained on the board since then. I hope to remain on the board so I can continue to support the industry.

Statement of Interest & Vision:

Since stepping down from the FSGA's President's role, my main area of focus has been on the research committee. I feel strongly about providing our member companies with the data they need to make critical decisions. And, as someone that's launched three companies, I particularly enjoy working with startups, offering guidance and perspective from my years in the industry.

I am seeking a Board seat to help strengthen the industry’s foundation as it continues to scale. Industry Focus:

Nominee Background:

As CEO and Founder of Fantasy Sports Strategies, and an active FSGA member who currently serves on two standing committees, including the Website Redesign Committee, I am deeply invested in the association’s continued evolution and leadership within the industry. I bring more than four decades of executive experience across marketing, brand strategy, and organizational growth, with senior leadership roles at IBM, AT&T, and Procter & Gamble, as well as serving on several Boards in the nonprofit and association environments. Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of innovation, scale, and community helping organizations navigate periods of change, sharpen their value proposition, and build trusted brands that endure. These experiences have shaped my conviction that the most effective associations do more than react to industry trends; they anticipate them, align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision, and consistently deliver meaningful, long-term value to their members and the broader ecosystem they serve.

Statement of Interest & Vision:

My vision is for FSGA to remain the definitive voice and convening force for the fantasy sports and gaming industry as it continues to grow, innovate, and mature. As the industry evolves, FSGA must not only reflect the needs of its members, but also help shape the future of the ecosystem by fostering collaboration, thought leadership, and responsible innovation. Achieving this vision requires strong, dedicated leadership—leaders who actively listen to the membership, translate insight into action, and consistently advocate on behalf of both established and emerging companies. Serving on the FSGA Board would provide an opportunity to apply my strategic perspective, collaborative leadership style, and deep passion for fantasy sports and gaming to help guide the association’s next chapter by strengthening its relevance, expanding its impact, and ensuring long-term success for the entire member community.

Nominee Background:

A member of the FSGA Board of Directors since 2008, I currently serve as our association’s Executive Committee Secretary and PR Committee Chair. In addition to managing our media and public relations messaging, I’m a standing member of the Conference Committee, having helped organize and run multiple FSGA conferences during my tenure. In my day job, I’m Vice President of Sports Betting & iGaming at Advance Local where I lead the company’s gaming (sports betting, fantasy sports, real money casinos, sweepstakes, prediction markets, lottery) business. Prior to joining Advance Local four years ago, I was at Gannett/USA TODAY for 25 years in various Editorial and Business positions. I have a BA from the University of Virginia, a JD from Catholic University and live in Virginia outside of Washington, DC.

Statement of Interest & Vision:

I’m so proud of what the FSGA has accomplished in recent years – expanding our reach from traditional fantasy sports to DFS to sports betting to iGaming – and seeing all the successes of our member companies along the way. My goal is to continue collaborating with our industry leaders – veterans and newcomers alike – to protect their businesses and identify growth opportunities that help extend the influence of the FSGA while embracing the innovation of both start-ups and established companies (think education, diversity, best practices, responsible gaming, consumer data/research, legislative lobbying efforts). Serving on this Board is the perfect way for me to give back to an industry that has meant so much to me and my career. I couldn’t be more excited about our future, and I appreciate your support.

Kamini Manivannan | Laces Sports

Industry Focus:

Business is materially involved in fantasy sports

Nominee Background:

I’m the Founder and CEO of Laces Sports, where we're building an AI powered fantasy sports platform that makes sports and fantasy feel welcoming for women and casual fans. I started my career in data science and sports analytics, with roles at the NFL, Brooklyn Nets, and USTA, and I earned my Master’s in Data Science from Northwestern University. I also teach sports analytics at Northwestern, which keeps me close to the next wave of industry talent. Personally, I’m motivated by making sports less intimidating and more social, turning confusing moments into confidence through simple, beginner friendly experiences.

Statement of Interest & Vision:

I’m interested in joining the FSGA Board because I want to help grow fantasy sports in a way that brings in new fans, not just the already initiated. Through my work in sports analytics at the NFL and my experience building Laces, I’ve seen firsthand how much opportunity there is to simplify fantasy, improve education, and make the space more welcoming and sustainable long term. I’d love to support FSGA’s mission by contributing a data driven perspective on product, responsible innovation, and fan engagement, while also helping the industry better serve women and casual audiences. Most importantly, I care about strengthening the ecosystem for operators, creators, and partners so fantasy keeps evolving in a healthy direction.

Statement of Interest & Vision:

I've had the honor of leading the FSGA's efforts to ensure paid fantasy sports contests remain legal as the head of the Government Affairs committee. That effort has been tremendously successful with passage of laws in 26 states. Now I'd like to help the FSGA navigate the evolving world of legal gaming with new products such as prediction markets to ensure a robust market that allows opportunities for companies both large and small, while continue to secure the legal environment for fantasy sports.

Corey Schwartz | FanDuel Group

Industry Focus:

Business is materially involved in fantasy sports, Business is materially involved in sports gaming/betting, Business is materially involved in iGaming

Nominee Background:

I've been a professional in the fantasy sports and sports analytics spaces for a dozen years, and I've been a sports nut my entire life. I tried working at a hedge fund for 2 years but couldn't work outside sports, so in 2014 I moved to Bloomberg Sports - a sports analytics firm - specializing in broadcast analytics and graphics. I moved to FanDuel in 2018 to work in my dream industry (DFS), first sizing their contests and eventually becoming more involved in running the business. Today, I am the Commercial lead on our DFS business, where I navigate this ever-evolving space and collaborate with FanDuel's other new ventures to provide the optimal customer experience.

Statement of Interest & Vision:

As a FanDuel employee, I'm extremely grateful for the role FSGA played in establishing fantasy and betting as legal industries, and I feel an obligation to enable the "next" FanDuels to thrive. More personally, I bring a unique blend of avid sports fandom and fantasy business expertise, which would make me a valuable contributor to FSGA's committees. As somebody who worked in DFS for 8 years, I know that we are nothing without our customers, and I'll bring that customer obsessed ethos to FSGA

Adam Warrington | Underdog

Industry Focus:

Business is materially involved in fantasy sports

Nominee Background:

I've spent my career in industries where what a company says and what it does are tested every single day — alcohol, sports gaming, and the public trust spaces surrounding both. For more than 20 years, I've led the teams, built the programs, and shaped the policies that allow high-growth consumer brands to scale responsibly. At Underdog, I oversee responsible gaming strategy across one of the fastest-growing sports companies in America.

Statement of Interest & Vision:

I am interested in joining the FSGA's Board of Directors because my career has been dedicated to ensuring that the growth of fantasy sports and sports gaming is matched by a commitment to consumer protection and responsible play — values that sit at the core of the FSGA's mission. As VP of Responsible Gaming at Underdog, and previously at FanDuel, I've built enterprise-wide responsible gaming programs, co-authored the industry's first cross-operator Responsible Gaming Principles with six competing companies, and launched GuardDog, the first operator-led innovation fund investing in startups advancing player protection technology. The FSGA's focus on supporting legal game play, embracing innovation, and protecting consumers mirrors the work I've spent the last several years advancing from the operator side, and I want to help shape that agenda at the industry association level. I believe my cross-sector experience — spanning regulated industries from alcohol (Anheuser-Busch) to gaming, and encompassing legislative advocacy, startup investment, and AI-driven player safety tools — would bring a differentiated and action-oriented perspective to the board.
