Is there an option to attend the conference virtually?

Yes, FSGA is introducing a new virtual attendance option to include live streaming of general sessions and interactive online networking events.

What health & safety precautions are being taken at the meeting?

By registering to attend, all attendees agree to adhere by our specific code of conduct & duty of care. Precautions on-site implemented by FSGA include: mask requirement, social distancing, daily temperature check, health screening questionnaire, signage reminders, and hand sanitizer stations.

Is FSGA mandating proof of COVID vaccination for attendance?

FSGA is not requiring COVID-19 vaccination to attend.

What safety policies and procedures are in place at the Omni Frisco?

Stay a part of safety
• Stay home when you’re sick, utilize respiratory etiquette when coughing, and maintain hand hygiene by washing frequently
• Use personal protective equipment when out in public
• Maintain safe social distancing of at least six feet in public areas. Follow all distancing guidance placed in public areas of the hotel.

Please note: the Omni Frisco follows local guidelines and has removed the mask requirement for guests of the hotel. Associates still wear PPE while interacting with guests. Guest room elevator capacity is suggested at four guests. The on-site hotel restaurant, pool and fitness center are operating at 100% capacity, and the hotel bar is open with no restrictions.

What safety policies and procedures are in place at DFW, Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport?

Federal law requires all customers and employees wear masks over their nose and mouth while on DFW Airport property, including any facilities or vehicles on Airport property. The requirement applies to anyone age 2 and older or anyone without a medical condition that prevents them from wearing a mask safely. Click here for more information.

Are there any government regulations related to COVID-19 in Frisco, Texas?

No, on March 2, 2021 Texas Governor Greg Abbott issued Executive Order 34, which lifts the mask mandate in Texas and increases business and facility capacities to 100 percent effective March 10, 2021.

Effective March 10
• All businesses, facilities can open at 100-percent capacity.
• Masks are no longer state-mandated.
